Faafu. Aasaari Miskiiy (1153-1166) Earliest mosque built outside the capital. Thought to have been built with stones taken from pre-Islamic ruins on the island.

Ribudhoo – Atoll of Dhaalu Villa Stella – only house built to European standards on a fishermen’s island. Ribudhoo is an island of jewellers where handcrafted objects can be purchased. Many deserted islands are only a short boat ride away.

The two tourist resort of Vilu Reef and Velavaru are situated in the same atoll.
Fenfushi - Atoll of Ari South
Coral craft is now almost extinct. The island is suffering from the presence of tourist resorts and has become more commercial. Mosque of Fenfushi (XVII century) built with finely decorated coral. The inside features well-preserved beams, outside there are a sun dial, a well and the cemetery.
Return through South Male towards the airport.
