FIRST APPROACH TO DIVING ACTIVITIES :
The excitement and the wonder of the first breath taken underwater! 
An Instructor will accompany you in the beautiful lagoon of the island in perfect calm and safety for an fun-filled experience.
Discovery Scuba Diving 
Guided dive in the company of an Instructor to admire the wonderful coral reef.

PADI DIVING COURSES:

Bubblemaker 
Special for Children (min. 8 years). A thrilling experience in the crystal-clear waters of the Dhonveli lagoon at a maximum depth of 1.5/2 m. accompanied and co-ordinated by qualified Instructors and the children’s parents. 

Discover Scuba Diving
Discover Scuba Diving  is a fun-filled diving programme for beginners, which includes some simple exercises in confined waters and a dive in open waters in the company of a professional instructor. This fantastic experience will disprove the wrong and misleading ideas many people have about diving with cylinders.

Padi Scuba Diver 
This is the first part of the Open Water basic course dedicated to those on a short holiday, who do not intend to give up all the other activities proposed by the resort.

Open Water Diver 
Complete basic course which teaches the foundations of diving in only 5 days. The course includes 5 lessons of theory with the support of audiovisual material, 5 lessons in confined waters to facilitate practical learning and 4 dives in open waters to enjoy the wonders of the underwater world.

Adventure Diver
Introduction to the Advanced course with the first 3 dives.

Advanced Open Water Diver 
Course of specialisation in different diving techniques aimed at enhancing experience.

Emergency First Response 
Foundations of first aid, also open to non divers.

Rescue Diver
This course teaches responsible behaviour towards the self and towards diving companions. Discover how some diving problems can be prevented.

Dive Master 
The first step towards a professional career.

Padi Specialisation Courses

DIVING EQUIPMENT HIRE :
• hire of diving equipment (Gav, Octopus, Computer, 3mm complete wetsuit, torch)
• hire of snorkelling equipment (flippers, mask, snorkel and light Gav)
• dives include: weight belt, 10 and 12 litre aluminium cylinder. 

DIVES for CERTIFIED DIVERS :
• A certificate is required
• 2/4 dives per day
• AIR and NITROX dives
• House reef, Check Dive
• Night dive, after sunset 
• Full Day, comprising 2 dives and lunch on board
• Mini Full Day , with 2 dives.

DIVING IN THE ATOLL OF NORTH ARI:

The Nika Island Resort, situated in the north-western region of the atoll of Ari, offers the possibility to dive in 30 different places which can be reached by dhoni in only 30 minutes.
All dives are in the company of experienced Guides who meticulously arrange transport, assembly and maintenance of diving equipment.
The well-known (thanks to the presence of grey sharks) dives of Maya Thila and Angoti Thila are only 50 minutes by boat from the island and are generally proposed as part of the mini full day, whereas Maalos Thila, Fesdu Wreck and Lobiva Thila are 90 minutes by boat and offer a fantastic and unforgettable diving experience as part of the full day, among the multitude of blue sea fans and resident creatures which characterise this diving site, a much sought-after location by underwater photographers.
Being able to get ready to enjoy wonderful dives near the island after a delicious breakfast is undoubtedly an advantage; worthy of mention are however also the dives in the passes of Kanduli Faru or Dinnoluga (grey sharks, leopard sharks, manta rays, multicoloured sea fans, resident but above all pelagic fauna) or the wonderful Thila such as the ones of Kuda Thila, Myaruga, Bodu Thila, Faluga Thila, Miaru Thila, Tin Thila, teeming with resident and pelagic fauna and decorated by tiny coloured organisms such as those belonging to the fantastic family of the sea-slugs.
The careful calculations of the diving guides on the topic ‘Excursions and tides’ show how underwater difficulties can easily be prevented. 
Anyone can take part in these dives, regardless of their level of preparation or diving experience, newly-certified divers are therefore also welcome.
Whenever the North of the atoll of Ari is rich in plankton, the Manta Point nearby (Dinnoluga) is teeming with elegant and majestic MANTA RAYS nonchalantly swimming around incredulous divers. In certain climatic conditions the WHALE SHARK also appears, calmly swimming close to the surface with such spontaneity that invariably divers cannot contain their enthusiasm.
During the winter months (June – November) on the other hand, visibility is around 40 m. which is ideal for watching the PELAGIC FAUNA but above all for taking underwater photographs and videos.

NITROX SPECIALISATION COURSE AND DIVES

Albatros Top Diving Nika is pleased to offer its customers the great opportunities and advantages offered by the use of NITROX for recreational diving activities.
Thanks to the expert advice of Instructors, who guarantee the safe and enjoyable Padi teaching method, our guests can enjoy dives using NITROX Ean 32.
Before each dive, divers have the chance to verify the percentages of oxygen of their own cylinder.
For those who are used to it, this is a consolidating experience; but above all this is an interesting, enjoyable and safer specialisation course!
