Albatros Top Boat, has launched an initiative dedicated to sports lovers wishing to enjoy a thoroughly exclusive holiday. This project will offer all surfers and kite surfers the chance to enjoy a very special holiday with the appeal and the comfort of a luxury cruise which takes you to all the best spots in the Maldives at the best time, between April and October. The idea originated from a continued search for new locations, their discovery and the travel experience which took Albatros Top Boat’s team to the wonderful sceneries of some of the best-known atolls of the Indian Ocean, which turned out to be a paradise for kiteboarding and surfing. The windiest period is between May and September, which is therefore the best season for kiteboarding.

Kiteboarding is practiced when the wind is around 15/20 knots at most, with flat water inside calm lagoons and with the assistance of a backing boat and a guide who will be at your disposal. Surfers can ride the waves undisturbed followed by another backing boat. Thanks to the possibility of practicing both surfing and kiteboarding, you will be able to enjoy a complete and extremely active sporting holiday, always surrounded by wonderful scenery on (and under!) crystal-clear waters.
